All products will be shipping via USPS First Class mail unless otherwise specified.
At the end of your Trial Period we will bill your card $109.95 for the product that you have already received and you will be enrolled in our Wildfire Home Delivery Program. Every 30 days we will ship you 10 refill cartidges of your specified flavor and bill you $69.94.

You can change your refill flavors at any time by emaling customercare@livememberssupport.com or calling us at 800-818-1039

If you do not wish to continue being a member then you must email customercare@livememberssupport.com or call the toll-free customer service number 800-818-1039 to get a return authorization number before 14 days from the date that your product was ordered.
You must mail the kit to us at your expense via traceable mail.(USPS,Fedex,UPS with tracking number)
Your request to cancel will be processed immediately; however, you will be responsible for payment for any product that has either (i) already been shipped to You or (ii) already been delivered to you at the time of your call.

You will automatically be enrolled in the Wildfire Home Delivery Program so you do not run out of refills for your electronic cigarette cartridges. A WildFireVapor service coach may contact you to make sure you understand how to work the device and to verify your flavor selection. You will automatically receive the same 10 cartridges (equal to one month's supply for an average smoker) every 30 days (unless you call to switch flavors) and your card will be charged $69.94.
You will also get a 1 year replacement warranty on all batteries and chargers.
Should your product stop working for any reason we will ship you a replacement free of charge.
Should you lose or misplace your product we will ship you a replacement for a one time shipping fee of $5 as long as you are enrolled in our Wildfire Home Delivery Program.
Should your product break within the first year, you will be sent a replacement and no charge to you, as long as you are enrolled in our home delivery program.

YOU HEREBY AUTHORIZE COMPANY (OR ITS PARTNERS, AFFILIATES AND/OR AGENTS) TO CHARGE YOUR CREDIT CARD THE SHIPPING FEE, AND THE MONTHLY FEE AND YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT COMPANY WILL NOT OBTAIN ADDITIONAL AUTHORIZATION FROM YOU FOR EACH MONTHLY FEE CHARGED TO YOUR CREDIT CARD.

Refunds and Replacements:
Should you be unhappy with any of our products you can call the toll-free customer service number 800-818-1039.
We will be happy to replace any defective products at no cost to you.
If you would like to return your product, you must call our toll-free customer service number 800-818-1039 to get a return authorization number within 30 days of the order date. All returns will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. You will be responsable to shipping the product back to us at your expense via traceable mail.(USPS,Fedex,UPS with tracking number)
Shipping, and rush processing fees are not eligable for refunds. Refunds will typically be credited to your account in 3 business days, depending your your specific card provider.
